Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services operated by JILICROWN (the Operator). By registering an account or using the services, you acknowledge binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from registering or using the services.

JILICROWN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Where required by applicable law, the Operator will provide reasonable notice, not less than fourteen (14) days, before material changes apply to existing users. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register and use the services. By registering, you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction.
• JILICROWN may restrict access based on your location, age verification results, or other regulatory requirements. The Operator may request documentation to establish age, identity, and residence at any time.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this restriction or engaged in suspicious activity.

Account Security and Responsible Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must promptly notify JILICROWN of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
• You acknowledge that funds deposited are for gameplay purposes only. You agree not to permit third parties, including minors, to access or use your account.
• All deposits, bets, and winnings are the sole responsibility of the account holder. The Operator may suspend or terminate an account for noncompliance, fraud, or other conduct violating these Terms.

Wagering and Gameplay Rules

All wagers are placed from funds available in your account. Wagers are deemed valid when accepted by the system; the Operator reserves the right to void wagers in cases of incorrect results or technical error.

After a successful deposit, the total amount wagered must be at least equal to the deposited funds before a withdrawal can be requested. If the wagering requirement is not met, withdrawal requests may be denied or withheld.

The Operator’s wagering decisions are final and binding. The Operator maintains wagering records for purposes of settlement and audit, and reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in results, settlements, or balances.

Winnings, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

• Withdrawals are subject to verification of your identity and payment details. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government-issued ID, a recent utility bill, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents may result in a delay or refusal of withdrawal, and in some cases the voiding of winnings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the original payment method or to an alternative method approved by JILICROWN, subject to successful verification and available processing times. Typical processing times range from the point of successful verification up to several business days depending on the method and jurisdiction.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, limits, and any applicable processing fees will be disclosed in the cashier and promotions sections of the site. The Operator may apply limits to protect against fraud or regulatory concerns.

Bonus, Promotions and Bonus Terms

Promotional credits (bonuses) are provided at the Operator’s discretion and are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements are fulfilled as described below.

• Rollover and wagering requirements apply to all promotions. The default rollover for a promotion is 20x the sum of the deposited funds plus bonus credits. Only funds from the Cash Balance contribute toward wagering requirements; the Bonus Balance contributes at a reduced rate as specified in the offer.
• Game contribution to wagering varies by game type. For example, bets on roulette variants contribute a portion toward the wagering requirement (e.g., 25%), while bets on slots and RNG games contribute a higher portion (e.g., 50%). Some games may be excluded or contribute differently; these details are set out in the individual offer terms.
• Promotions are limited to one active account per person, household, IP address, or payment method. Any breach or manipulation intended to guarantee profit may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and possible account restrictions.
• JILICROWN may reclaim or void a bonus and related winnings if terms are breached, abused, or if fraud is detected. Administrative charges may apply where permitted by law and the terms of the offer.

Prohibited Conduct, Security and Fraud Prevention

• Automatic play, use of third-party automation software, scripting, or any form of manipulation of games or account data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as appropriate.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or exploit software vulnerabilities will trigger investigation and may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.
• Any activity indicating fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion will be investigated. Winnings may be voided and accounts suspended or closed without prior notice if prohibited conduct is detected.

Verification, Identity Checks and Compliance

JILICROWN reserves the right to perform identity, age, and residence verification at any time. You may be required to provide documents such as a passport or national ID, proof of address, or other materials to verify your identity and eligibility. The Operator may suspend or terminate services pending verification results. All verification procedures comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Privacy, Data Handling and Communications

Your personal data is processed in accordance with JILICROWN’s Privacy Policy. The Operator may communicate with you regarding account activity, promotions, and regulatory obligations via the contact information provided by you. You may opt-out of marketing communications where allowed by law.

Fees, Taxes and Financial Matters

You are responsible for any taxes or governmental charges arising from winnings or use of the services where applicable in your jurisdiction. The Operator may charge reasonable processing or payment fees as disclosed at the time of the transaction. You bear any third-party charges imposed by payment providers.

Modifications to the Terms and Notifications

JILICROWN may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The Operator will provide notice where legally required or where practical to inform users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disputes, Complaints and Resolution

For disputes related to account activity, wagering, or payments, submit a written complaint to the Support Team with a clear description of the issue, dates, and any relevant documentation. The Operator will investigate promptly and provide a response. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction described in these Terms.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content, branding, software, and materials on the JILICROWN site are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Force Majeure

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to JILICROWN. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory alternative dispute resolution where required. Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, law, or regulatory changes.

Miscellaneous and Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JILICROWN regarding the use of the services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements and communications. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without the Operator’s prior written consent.
