Scope and Purpose
The Self-Exclusion Policy governs voluntary restrictions on gambling activity for users of JILICROWN. It sets out the exclusion options, the activation process, the effect on Your account and access to Services, and the process for re-entry or reassessment.

Self-Exclusion: a formal, voluntary restriction preventing You from accessing wagering services or placing bets for a defined period or on a permanent basis.

Account: Your customer profile through which You access JILICROWN gaming Services.

Exclusion Period: the duration of a self-exclusion as selected at activation, measured from the start of the exclusion.
Self-Exclusion Options
JILICROWN offers two primary options to restrict gambling activity. You may select one or both options where applicable, observing the minimum requirements described below.

Time-bound self-exclusion: You may elect a period of at least six months. During this period You will be unable to place bets, participate in wagering, or access the gambling services on Your Account. The exclusion applies to all products operated through the Platform and cannot be shortened or bypassed during the selected period.

Permanent self-exclusion: You may elect an irrevocable exclusion with no expiry date. During a permanent exclusion, Your ability to log in or place bets is removed for the duration of the exclusion. Reactivation is not automatic and requires a formal request and assessment by our Responsible Gaming team; re-entry may be granted or refused in our sole discretion.
Activation and Verification

In-Account Activation: Navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within Your Account, select Self-Exclusion, choose the preferred option (time-bound or permanent), specify the exclusion period (minimum six months for time-bound), and confirm Your decision.

Identity Verification: To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with age restrictions, We may request verification of Your identity and age before finalising the self-exclusion.

Alternative Activation: If You cannot access Your Account, You may contact Our Responsible Gaming team directly to initiate self-exclusion, providing the minimum information required to verify identity.
Effects of Self-Exclusion

Access Restrictions: You will be blocked from logging in, placing bets, or using wagering services for the duration of the exclusion.

Account Restrictions: The exclusion applies to all accounts registered under Your name and may prevent creation of new accounts during the exclusion period.

Communications: Marketing communications related to gambling products shall be paused while the self-exclusion is in effect.

Funds and Transactions: You may continue to withdraw remaining eligible balances in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions and any applicable AML/KYC requirements, subject to standard verification procedures.
Reactivation and Review

Time-bound Exclusion: After the expiry of the chosen period, You may re-enter the Platform by requesting reactivation through the Support channel or directly in Your Account, subject to verification and continued compliance with age and suitability checks.

Permanent Exclusion: Reactivation is not automatic. You may submit a formal re-entry request, which will be reviewed by Our Responsible Gaming team. Approval is not guaranteed and may be refused based on our assessment and applicable policies.
Data Handling and Privacy
During and after initiation of self-exclusion, We will process Your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. Self-exclusion information is retained to enforce restrictions and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Details of Your exclusion status are accessible to You in Your account where available.
Compliance and Support
